Once terms are agreed upon, we'll begin work on your project. Changes to the scope may affect timeline and pricing.
Delivery

4. Client Responsibilities

5. Intellectual Property

Created Work
Upon full payment, you receive full commercial rights to the final deliverables created specifically for your project.
We may retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Third-Party Assets
Any third-party fonts, music, stock footage, or assets used in projects may have separate licensing requirements.
6. Payment and Pricing
Project Quotes
All projects are quoted individually based on scope, complexity, and timeline. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Payment Terms

7. Revisions and Changes

8. Delivery and Acceptance
Delivery Method

File Storage
Project files are retained for 30 days after delivery, then permanently deleted from our systems.
It's your responsibility to backup and store final deliverables after project completion.
9. Cancellation Policy
Client Cancellation: Projects may be cancelled with written notice. Payment for completed work up to cancellation point is required.
Our Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel projects if terms are violated or if continued collaboration is not feasible.
10. Limitation of Liability
